Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM) was set up in 1954 as a non-profit organization with the mandate “to take the lead role in management training and development in Pakistan”. Its primary mission is to serve the growing and complex needs of organizational managers through training, consultancy and research.
PIM is the largest and the oldest management training organization in Pakistan having rich experience in the field of training and development for state-owned enterprises, local corporates, business and industry.
The main focus of PIM is to provide value for money to Pakistani organizations by conducting high quality trainings utilizing latest training techniques and course materials at reasonable price. PIM’s client list not only consists of names of various multinational and private organizations but also includes various government and public sector organizations including the Pakistan armed forces. Apart from short term trainings, PIM also offers longer term professional diploma programs for working executives. The diploma classes are held in the evenings and during the weekends.
PIM is in a unique position to provide qualitative, realistic and practical solutions to organizational problems and challenges.
