INTRODUCTION:

Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM) was set up in 1954 as a non-profit organization with the mandate “to take the lead role in management training and development in Pakistan”. Its primary mission is to serve the growing and complex needs of organizational managers through training, consultancy and research.
PIM is the largest and the oldest management training organization in Pakistan having rich experience in the field of training and development for state-owned enterprises, local corporates, business and industry.
The main focus of PIM is to provide value for money to Pakistani organizations by conducting high quality trainings utilizing latest training techniques and course materials at reasonable price. PIM’s client list not only consists of names of various multinational and private organizations but also includes various government and public sector organizations including the Pakistan armed forces. Apart from short term trainings, PIM also offers longer term professional diploma programs for working executives. The diploma classes are held in the evenings and during the weekends.
PIM is in a unique position to provide qualitative, realistic and practical solutions to organizational problems and challenges. PIM offers consultancy services in Strategy & Risk Management, Sales & Marketing, HRM & Organizational Development, Production & Productivity, Systems & I T, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, Legal & Compliance.

  1.  Enhancing our Product line through the launch of degree programs in affiliation with HEC-recognized reputable universities or with our own charter

  2.  Expansion of existing Training (both house and in-house) and Diploma Programs by offering new ones

  3.  Revamping the fee structure with the market rates and implementing the cost- cutting plan

  4.  Enhancing PIM consulting services offerings to the industry

  5.  Introducing ERM system, META verse technologies, and Industry 4.0

  6.  Launching of training programs for women managers

  7.  Starting a specialized program for women entrepreneurs

  8.  Introduction of Recruitment and Testing Service for industry

  9.  Seeking approval from MoIP for working on the “Public-Private Partnership” business model

  10.  Seeking approval for installing advertising billboard on PIM roadside wall for renting out purpose.
