INTRODUCTION:

"Gujranwala Business Centre (GBC) was established in January 2010 as a PSDP project jointly by MoIP/SMEDA and Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI). GCCI provided 1 kanal and 18 marlas land whereas MoIP/SMEDA provided Rs. 98.74 million for constructing building, procurement of furniture & office equipment and 3 years operational cost. GBC on the direction of MoIP, was incorporated as section 42 company under Companies Act 2017 in January 2017."

VISION:

"Facilitate local business community in increasing exposure to international business trends and to enhance ability to benchmark with the contemporary product standards, besides general compliance with international trade regulatory regime and improvement at all level of value chain including product design, quality, standards, packaging and presentation etc, resulting in value addition."

MISSION STATEMENT:

"To act as a platform for displaying variety of products to attract local and international buyers and to arrange and conduct capacity building programs including training programs/seminars/workshops for entrepreneurs to build their capacities for starting and managing businesses."
