INTRODUCTION:

"The company was incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company on December 09, 1991, under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (Repealed with the enactment of the Companies Act 2017 on May 30, 2017). The company is engaged in the manufacturing and repair of power transformers. The Company is wholly owned by State Engineering Corporation (Private) Limited (SEC), Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan. The geographical location and address of the Company’s business unites, including mills/plant is as under: The registered office of the Company is situated in State Engineering Corporation at 3 rd Floor, Software Technology Park, (STP-I), 5-A Constitution Avenue, F-5/1, Islamabad and the Company’s factory is located at Hattar Industrial Estate, District Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan."

"Meeting the country’s requirements for power transformers, manufacturing at optimum cost, providing support to the National Electrification Programme, having reasonable share in international market and poverty alleviation through employment generation."
